1. Local-First Commitment

NexDo operates completely offline. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, images, or todo lists. All configurations, SQLite databases, and generated wallpaper assets remain securely stored solely on your local device.

2. User-Provided Information

The Application does not require any user registration, accounts, or profiles. Any information you input into the app (such as todo items, text styles, custom backup images, and scheduling options) is saved locally in a private database on your device. We have no access to this information.

3. Automated Data Collection

The Application does not automatically collect or transmit any analytics, crash reports, or device telemetry to external servers. It works completely offline, storing variables like active schedules inside the device's secure local sandbox.

4. Device Permissions & Usage

To deliver its features, the Application requires these standard Android permissions:

• Set Wallpaper & Set Wallpaper Hints: Used to update your backgrounds.
• Receive Boot Completed: Reschedules your alarms automatically when the device restarts.
• Schedule Exact Alarm: Runs background wallpaper refreshes at your configured times.
• Read/Write External Storage: Allows you to select background images from your photo gallery.

5. Third-Party Access

Since we do not collect any data, no third parties have access to your information. We do not include any advertisement networks, tracking scripts, or analytics SDKs.

6. Children's Privacy

Because the Application does not collect or transmit any personal information, it complies fully with COPPA and GDPR regulations. It is safe for users of all ages.
